 A Blood Donation Awareness Activity was organized by the NSS Unit of Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Puducherry Campus, on 20 February 2026, on various dates at Hospital blood banks, as part of the university’s outreach and social responsibility initiatives. The programme aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of voluntary blood donation and its life-saving impact on society. Blood donation plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by supporting patients undergoing surgery, accident victims, and individuals with critical medical conditions. The activity encouraged students to understand the value of donating blood and contributing to humanitarian causes. "Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect" Seminar Organized at Rashtriya Raksha University, Puducherry Campus

  The “Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect” seminar was successfully conducted on 18 February 2026 (Wednesday) from 02.00 PM to 04.00 PM at the Auditorium of Rashtriya Raksha University , Puducherry. The programme was organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) RRU, Puducherry Campus, under the initiative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports , Government of India, in collaboration with the State NSS Cell, Puducherry. The seminar aimed to raise students' awareness of Viksit Bharat 2047's vision and highlight the vital role of youth in nation-building. It also sought to encourage leadership qualities, civic responsibility, and active participation in social and developmental initiatives. NSS Volunteers Participate in Puducherry Film Festival

  The NSS volunteers of Rashtriya Raksha University, Puducherry Campus participated in the Puducherry Film Festival held on 14 February 2026 at Kamarajar Manimandapam, Lawspet, following their participation in the Drug Awareness Rally. The festival was organized to promote meaningful cinema, cultural appreciation, and social awareness among students and youth. The volunteers attended various film and documentary screenings conducted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and actively took part in the discussions held during the programme. The films screened focused on social issues, cultural values, and contemporary challenges faced by society. Through these screenings, students understood how cinema can be used as an effective medium for education, awareness, and social change.
