NSS Volunteers Participate in FIT India Cycle Rally at Rock Beach, Puducherry
On 21st December 2025, as part of the FIT INDIA Programme initiated by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India , students of Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Puducherry Campus actively participated in a Cycle Rally organized under the guidance of the State NSS Cell . The event offered university students the opportunity to represent their institution and contribute to the national mission of promoting fitness and healthy living. A team of 15 NSS volunteers participated in the rally, which commenced at 6:30 AM from the Gandhi Statue, Rock Beach, Puducherry . The rally covered a distance of approximately 2 kilometres and aimed to spread awareness about physical fitness, active lifestyles, and environmental sustainability through cycling.
